Redstone Telecom offers customers a range of Premium Rate Services (PRS) transported across a state-of-the-art Intelligent Network (IN). Using 09 numbers, our Premium Rate Services provide reliable and robust voice services together with competitive revenue and payment terms. Managed as part of Redstone Telecom’s unique partnership with BT Wholesale, we provide high quality services coupled with competitive pricing.

Redstone Telecom’s Premium Rate Services support the following call types:

• Pence per minute based tariffs, ranging from 5p to £1.50 per minute
• Pence per call based tariffs, ranging from 10p to £1.50 per call

Our dedicated PRS sales team can help you with call routing features, IVR and customer reports. After your numbers are set up by our inbound provisioning department, you will have access to our customer service advisors, who can provide continued advice and support.
