Case Study

Redstone Telecom has been delivering telecoms services to HIT Entertainment since 2004. We currently provide HIT Entertainment with business telephony services, wholesale line rental, ISDN and analogue functionality, all backed up by round-the-clock customer service support.
A seamless transition and consistently high levels of account management were key to this well known children’s brand, enabling HIT to focus on its commitment to delivering high quality family entertainment. Following a competitive tender process, Redstone Telecom was selected from a shortlist of three for its competitive tariffs and exceptional account management offering.
HIT Entertainment benefits from Redstone Telecom's partnership approach to account management, which includes pro-active tariff reviews and regular quarterly update meetings. These ensure that HIT Entertainment is always able to take advantage of the latest cost savings, and that any changes to quality of service can be dealt with promptly, without impacting the business which employs over 350 people in the UK.
The partnership approach does not stop with HIT Entertainment. James Herbert, infrastructure manager at HIT Entertainment commented, “Redstone Telecom is always willing to take ownership of a problem and go the extra mile to liaise with 3rd parties if required. Redstone Telecom’s willingness to work with another supplier to track down missing information has taken much of the pain out of porting the number range for HIT Entertainment. The quality of account management within Redstone Telecom is always very professional”, he added.
Mike Coppack, sales and marketing director at Redstone Telecom, said, “Redstone Telecom provides a reliable, high quality service that offers substantial cost savings. We are proud of our attention to detail and commitment to customers within our service account management team and are delighted that HIT Entertainment appreciates these aspects of our service.”
